Refund Policy

At Midnosh, we stand behind every kit we ship. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your kit arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@midnosh.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Change of Mind

Because our kits contain food products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order ships. Once shipped, we're unable to process cancellations.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
