The Problem I Couldn't Stop Thinking About

Airports are full of food. None of it is good. Long shifts leave no time for real meals. Commutes run through the one window you had to eat. Everywhere you look, people are making do — not because they don't care about what they eat, but because nobody ever built the right answer.

The health-conscious person in motion has been ignored. Not because the need isn't there. Because no one had built for it yet.

The Eating Kit That Didn't Exist Yet

Midnosh started with a simple idea: build the kit nobody had built yet. Real food. Clean ingredients. High protein. Designed for the moments between a snack and a meal — not just at the airport, but everywhere life keeps you moving.

The founding insight: taste is different at altitude. At 30,000 feet, your perception of sweet and salty flavors drops by 30–70% due to cabin pressure and low humidity. That's why airline food tastes bland. Every item in a Travel Nosh kit was selected for how it performs in the air, not on the ground. No other food kit has been built around this from day one.

That precision is what Midnosh brings to every product we build — for every occasion.

What We're Building

Midnosh is more than a kit. It's an eating occasion — a moment of calm and nourishment for every person in motion. We started with Travel Nosh. Breaknosh, Desk Nosh, and more are coming. Every product decision starts with the same question: does this make the moment better?
