Are the kits TSA-compliant?

Yes. Every item in every Midnosh kit is TSA-compliant. No liquids over 3.4 oz, no gels, no prohibited items. Pack it in your carry-on and walk through security without a second thought.

What editions are available and how do I choose?

Each kit comes in three editions — choose the protein that fits your taste:

How much protein does each kit have?

Each kit delivers 20–30 grams of protein depending on the kit size and edition. All items are clean-label, non-GMO, and free from artificial preservatives, fillers, and seed oils.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders over $55 ship free.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — exchange, store credit, or refund. No hassle.

Can I order in bulk or as a gift?
